What is Rankability?

Rankability describes itself as AI SEO software built for marketing agencies. It was founded in 2024 by Nathan Gotch and Simon L. Smith and is based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Its Tracker checks whether AI answers name a client, which pages they cite and how they describe the client, across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Brave AI, DeepSeek and Meta AI. Rankability says the platforms available depend on your plan and add-ons.

Alongside tracking it sells tools for researching, writing and optimising content, an auditor, backlink prospecting and an MCP server.

The honest verdict

Rankability suits agencies that want AI tracking and content work for many clients in one place, and its engine list is among the widest here. The catch is that you cannot see a price or plan split without booking a demo, so confirm which engines your plan covers and what it costs before you plan client reporting around it.
